2. Professional Scope of Practice
All services and information provided by Nutrition & Wellness House are delivered within the professional scope of a registered dietitian.
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Any advice provided is intended to support — not replace — the relationship with your healthcare provider.
3. Bookings and Appointments
3.1 Booking Process

Bookings for consultations, assessments, or coaching sessions must be made through the website or via approved communication channels.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

You will receive an email confirmation once your booking is completed.
3.2 Appointment Attendance

Please ensure you attend your session on time.

If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible by sending an email to info@nutriwellhouse.com.

Sessions that start late due to client delay will still finish at the originally scheduled time.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
4.1 Client Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50%. The other 50% will be refunded within 3 - 5 working days.

“No-show” appointments (where no notice is provided) will be charged the full session fee.
4.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your session will incur a penalty of 20%.
4.3 Provider Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Nutrition & Wellness House must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Coaching Sessions and Consultations

Refunds are not available once a session has been completed.

Pre-paid packages (e.g nutrition programme sessions) are non-transferable and must be used within the programme duration.

Unused sessions after this period will expire and are non-refundable.

Refunds are only available if:

We cancel or are unable to provide the service.

A technical issue on our side prevents delivery of an online session.

5.2 Digital Products (e.g., eBooks, Meal Plans, Guides)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been emailed to you.

If you experience issues with downloading or accessing your file, please contact info@nutriwellhouse.com for support. In the email, please provide us with detailed information concerning the problem, as well as the invoice you received upon purchase of the product. Please use the same email address used when purchasing the product.
