📌 Terms & Conditions 1. Services Provided All services are delivered by qualified, registered dietitians. Services include nutrition assessment, dietary planning, and evidence-based guidance. Services are not intended as a replacement for emergency medical care. 2. Client Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate and complete information during consultations. You acknowledge that outcomes depend on your commitment to the recommended plans. You agree not to misuse or distribute website content without permission. 3. Professional Boundaries Our dietitians do not prescribe medication or diagnose medical conditions beyond the scope of dietetic practice. You are encouraged to seek medical care from your physician for diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. 4. Payment & Appointments Payments must be completed before or at the time of booking. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 HOURS notice may be charged in full (see Refund & Cancellation Policy below). 5. Liability While we provide professional evidence-based advice, results vary by individual. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from non-compliance or misinformation provided by the client. 📌 Refund & Cancellation Policy CANCELLATIONS&RESCHEDULING Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 HOURS before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full. REFUNDS Payments for completed consultations are non-refundable. Refunds are only available if: - We cancel or are unable to provide the service - full refund is applicable. - A technical issue on our side prevents delivery of an online session - a full refund is applicable. - A cash client cancels their appointment at least 24 HRS before their session - a 50% refund is applicable.Booking fees non-refundable ⏰ Lateness to Appointment Policy We value both your time and ours. Please review our policy below: - Clients who arrive up to 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will be seen for the remaining time only, and the session will conclude at the originally scheduled end time. The full consultation fee will still apply. - If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a missed session. No refund is applicable. - If you know you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nutriwellhouse.com. - We also commit to starting all sessions on time. If your dietitian is running late, you will always receive your full scheduled session.
